1. Added button to delete screenshots. Only screenshot authors can delete their own images.

2. Translation of the screenshot buttons according to the language of your server

Improvements:

1. Vote feedback messages now indicate the author of the action and appear longer on the screen. Messages are automatically deleted so if you are an administrator do not delete messages sent by the screenshot system.

2. 5% improvement in the performance of the translation system
